CTL has developed a robust protocol for the cryopreservation of PBMC that yields more than 90% post-thaw viability with performance comparable to fresh PBMC. It avoids all the pitfalls of nonstandardized serum because these PBMC are frozen according to our proprietary serum-free protocols.
